Sea World was an experience we will never forget! It was pretty amazing!
Shamu was humongous! (this is actually not him - somehow I lost that picture) He was monstrous compared to this whale, but getting older and not doing so many tricks. It was pretty cool though because this one had a baby and the baby did tricks too.
Scott bought us gifts and took the only pic of me on vacation since I take all the rest.
Feeding the dolphins was sooooooooo much fun! They would just come up to you and talk and wait for you to drop the food into their mouths. In the meantime, you could pet them. It was so incredible to hear the noises they would make - an amazing creature that God made!
This was a dream come true for Scott. Now someday we need to swim with them! We did get to snorkel with sharks, big fish and stingrays at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon waterpark.
Here's the baby I was telling you about. It is in training, of course, but already could do some cool jumps simultaneously with his momma.

Petting and feeding the stingrays! We spent a lot of time doing this! It surprised me how much I liked them. They are so soft on top, like the fontanel on a baby's head. It was fun to feed them too. You'd put your hand on the bottom holding the fish in between 2 fingers and the stingray would come over the top and suck it up. They have no teeth - it just felt like a vacuum! There were stingray in there probably 6 feet across, maybe more!
I never thought I'd say this, but the stingray were so graceful.
More dolphin fun!

Are things slowing down any now that school has started?
