Another Amazing Crock Pot Soup/ Ham and Wild Rice

2 cups diced cooked ham (I use turkey ham)
3/4 c. uncooked wild rice
1 med. onion, chopped
1 bag (1 lb.) frozen, mixed veggies, thawed
1 can (14 oz.) chicken broth
1 can reduced sodium cream of celery soup
1/4 t. pepper
3 c. water
1/2 c. half & half

1) Mix all ingredients except half&half in the crock pot
2) Cover and cook on low heat 8 or 9 hrs.
3) Stir in half&half, increase heat to high and cook 15 min.
